In disposition operations, also involved in JV collaborations with other developers.

2019: Joined Sumitomo Realty & Development Co., Ltd., working on multiple station-front redevelopment projects, including joint ventures (JVs), in both urban and suburban areas.
2023: Joined our company. Initially handled land acquisition for compact residential developments, before being assigned to the Redevelopment Unit. Currently focused on land assembly for development projects in central Tokyo and contributing to project strategy formulation.
