私たちは、常識を覆すようなイノベーションを連続的に起こしていく事業家集団であるべく、日々挑戦をしています。

Purpose

TSUKURU / KAWARU / KAERU

We love the joy that comes from creating something new.

Something new can change old industries, rigid societies, and people's lives.
We believe in that possibility.

As we embody this love and possibility, we ourselves are transformed.
And once again, we create(TSUKURU), change(KAERU) and transform(KAWARU).

We will continue to meet this challenge tirelessly.

Mission

For all cities and the people who build them

Until now, in order to develop a town,
it was necessary to go back and forth between the three industries of
"real estate," "construction," and "finance," and
make various adjustments over a period of many months.

By implementing our proprietary AI technology in
1. collecting and analyzing real estate information,
2. building design and planning, and
3. investment risk assessment and buying and selling matching,
we will integrate these three industries into a single industrial infrastructure and
create a society where these adjustments can be completed in
just one day for all towns and the people who create them.

Value

Our totalism

A company should essentially be nothing more than a group of people
who share a common ideal that transcends the boundaries of
individuals and who work to realize that ideal.

We at toggle expect each and every member of the group to go beyond
their own boundaries to produce results for the entire company,
and to share that joy with the entire company.

Method × Physical

Objectives in a company should be nothing other than
those set and pursued based on a company-wide principle.

We at toggle expect each and every one of you to continue to
pursue the best ways to achieve the objectives set for the entire company.

We also expect them to cultivate and demonstrate on a daily basis
the mentality of voraciously taking on new challenges to achieve their goals,
and the high level of physical and intellectual fitness that supports this mentality.

Leadership
Principles

  • Taking on a responsibility

Leaders must accept more responsibility than others for the challenges, problems, and misfortunes of society and organizations. Leaders are chosen by society for this purpose. We understand “chosen” to mean “responsibility,” not “privilege.”

  • Go the hard way

Leaders choose the hard problems, and in situations where decisions need to be made, they always choose the hard ones. If you create a technology or business that competitors cannot imitate, there is no need to defend. Attack is the best defense.

  • Solving with Technology

Leaders do not scramble people, but use technology to create new solutions. Solving challenges with technology is replicable and can help all people with the same challenges.

  • Focus on one thing

Leaders focus on achieving results. They single-point their limited resources of money, people, time, and awareness to the most important issues and projects. By focusing all their efforts on one thing, they can achieve their big vision.

  • Be strict but warm

Leaders expect and demand high standards from their peers. They will not be “gentle and cold” people who have no expectations and are indifferent to their peers, but “tough but warm” people who have sincere concern and empathy for their peers' feelings and challenges, and who seek tough challenges from each other for growth and achievement. At all times, a leader will do everything in his or her power to help peers overcome failures and difficulties.
